We are representing a marketing services organisation who provide market-data to both the public & private marketplace Due to the launch on a new Liverpool sales office, a Telesales Manager is required to drive the internal sales function forward. This is a pivotal role in the future development of the business. This role requires you to manage a team of 10 Telesales operatives. You will have a minimum 2 years previous experience in a sales management. You need to be a target-driven individual with the ability to 'lead from the front' and have the ability to develop your team. Experience of selling marketing services previously would be advantageous but by no means a pre-requisite. You will work closely with the Sales Director to create 'product specific' campaigns. Our client is a multi billion pound Global organisation, operating within the electronics marketplace.

Due to expansion and excellent half year growth, they are looking to recruit within their North West sales team.

The role will invovle selling their electronic & cabling solutions into a range of vertical marketplaces; rail, marine, petrochemical, retail...

You will be part of the internal sales team & proactively contact key decision makers within organisations. This role will fully support the external sales team & you will work closely with them.

You should have experience of working within the electronic cabling or similar industrial fields. You should have a good telephone manner & be comfortable speaking with key decision makers.

The organisation has sites across the world & therfore the opportunity for future international travel is highly realistic.
