Constant enquiries from our clients for a professional, consultative recruitment service led us to launch Datrix Sales.
Through running a successful training company over the past 8 years, we understand the dynamics and challenges involved in running a sales function. Our experience of dealing with other 'generalist' recruitment suppliers often left us frustrated, with recruiters not understanding the drivers behind our business. We increasingly found our time being wasted by introductions to candidates who clearly did not meet our criteria.

Yes. Our experience as a UK wide training provider in the IT & Professional Services arena allows us to easily to make the transition to a Sales & Developmental Training provider.
We have 7 training sites to cover the UK. In addition, we can offer on-site 'bespoke' training.

Our costs are dependent on each mandate. We aim to provide a cost effective solution wherever possible whilst still maintaining strong client value.
We are happy to discuss a 'fixed fee' in advance of any work undertaken to ensure that there are no hidden costs.
