We are representing a marketing services organisation who provide market-data to both the public & private marketplace Due to the launch on a new Liverpool sales office, a Telesales Manager is required to drive the internal sales function forward. This is a pivotal role in the future development of the business. This role requires you to manage a team of 10 Telesales operatives. You will have a minimum 2 years previous experience in a sales management. You need to be a target-driven individual with the ability to 'lead from the front' and have the ability to develop your team. Experience of selling marketing services previously would be advantageous but by no means a pre-requisite. You will work closely with the Sales Director to create 'product specific' campaigns.
